This Negotiated Request for Proposal (the "NRFP") is an invitation by Kwantlen Polytechnic University (the "University") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for NRFP3002 Signage Supply & Installation as further described in Section A of the NRFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). Kwantlen Polytechnic University (the "University") is seeking proposals from qualified Proponents with proven experience, capability, and capacity to supply, assemble, and install signage across multiple campus locations. The University intends to establish a contract with up to two (2) top-ranked Proponents who meet the minimum threshold, to provide signage services on an as-if and when-required basis for a period of three (3) years, with an option to renew for two (2) additional one-year terms.
