This Contract is effective when signed by both the Contractor and the Town, and shall be for a period of one year: September 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. At the Town's sole discretion, this contract may be extended for two additional one year terms at the same contract price, terms and conditions. The scope of work shall consist of that outlined in Section III, Purchase Description/Specifications/Scope of Services, Parts A through E of the Invitation for Bid at the prices listed on the Bid Form, Attachment A. All work shall strictly follow the specifications described in Section III of the Invitation for Bid, Bid #FY2021-01 and other applicable sections of this document. The items in the Scope of Work and the estimated quantities are as follows: o Bituminous Concrete Type I-1 (10,000 tons) approximately over the three years o Bituminous Concrete Excavation by Cold Planer (20,000 square yards) approximately over the three years o Reclaimed Base Course, incl. calcium chloride at noted application rates (20,000 square yards) o Structure Adjustment: Manholes (30), Catch Basins (30), Gate boxes (30), Rebuild Manholes (50 vertical feet) o Bituminous Concrete Berm (1,000 linear feet) The Phillipston Board of Selectmen (BOS) will be accepting sealed proposals for resurfacing of various streets as required by the Town of Phillipston for FY'26 (Contract start date upon award through 6/30/26) 2 additional 1-year extensions.
