This project includes 2 bioreactors and 5 saturated buffer structures located in Sac and Calhoun County, Iowa Some of the materials required for this project include: water control structures (WCS), woodchips, geotextile fabric, perforated and non-perforated piping, outlet structures, amidst other items. In general, the work involves, and is not limited to, excavation, earthwork, grading, mobilization, and seeding. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance/Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Division reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities and irregularities. The estimated cost range for this project is $97,000-$101,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
