Philadelphia Utilities (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following project: Municipal Water Well Repairs for Myrtle Street Water Well, located at the Water Treatment Plant at 226 West Myrtle Street. Job Description: Restore Myrtle Street Water Well to proper working order, producing about 500 gallons a minute at normal working pressure (20 PSI). The Project includes the following Speci cations: A. 200 feet of 8 x 20 feet berglass pipe B. 200 feet of oil tube and shafting 2 x 1-1/4 Tnemec painted C. New 210 TDH @ 500 GPM stainless steel pump bowl - 20 PSI discharge pressure D. New 20 feet stainless steel suction pipe (threaded both ends) match pump suctions size E. 200 feet of airline for checking water levels F. New tension assembly G. New discharge head H. New owmatic foot valve (threads to suction pipe) I. Stainless steel adaptor for discharge head (converts from stainless to berglass) J. Stainless steel adaptor for pump (converts from berglass to stainless) K. Plastic spiders and stainless-steel bolt pack L. All labor, equipment, mobilization, inspection, and startup included in rebuild M. Testing and disinfection Bidder must arrange inspection of existing water well materials and parts with Griner Drilling at: 126 Interstate Drive Richland, MS 39218 Bidder must state warranty terms within bid.
