The work to be performed under this contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968, as amended, and its associated regulations (24 CFR Part 75). CDBG regulations governing the grant require that, to the greatest extent feasible opportunities for contracting, subcontracting, training and employment arising in connection with this CDBG project will be extended to Section 3 businesses, Targeted Section 3 Workers and Section 3 Workers. The successful bidder must comply with the Build America, Buy America Act enacted as part of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) Pub. L. 117-58 and 2 CFR 184.
