It is the intention of Region 14 ESC to establish a contract with highly qualified Supplier(s) for Roofing Products and Services. Supplier(s) shall, at the request of any Participating Public Agency, provide these covered services under the terms of this RFP. Offeror shall assist the Participating Public Agency with making a determination of its individual needs, as stated below. Although this section reflects the needs and requirements of Region 14 ESC, OMNIA Partners Participating Agencies may have different requirements. The awarded Supplier(s) will have the ability to offer their full comprehensive offering and balance of line for products, services, and solutions they can provide. Offerors may include the below Roofing Product and Service offerings, which is not to be considered an exhaustive list: Roofing Products, Services, and Solutions o Full turn-key roofing solutions o Materials and/or installation services Solar/Photovoltaic Panel Systems and Services o Pre & Post Solar Panel Installation Inspections o Product Procurement o Slip Sheets, Ballast, Mounts, Mounting Pads, Panels o Construction and Installation o Financing o System Design and Layout o Maintenance and Monitoring Program Management and Agency Support o Facility planning and programming o Conceptual estimating and budgeting o Building Information Modeling (BIM) o Reviews, analyses, and reports o Cost, quality, and safety control programs and processes o Project accounting o Closeout processes o Final inspections Intent to Bid Due Date: Oct 16th 2025, 2:00 PM CDT Questions Due Date: Sep 24th 2025, 2:00 PM CDT
