The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: Renovation of the Lafayette Road Experiment Station Greenhouse and attached Laboratory Building, including asbestos abatement, site work, new septic system, upgraded electrical service, underground fiber optic cable and data distribution, new ADA entrance and ramp, removal and replacement of Greenhouse glass and roof vent system, roof replacement, new exterior insulated panel system, interior renovations to laboratory building, new HVAC and plumbing systems, new ceilings and lighting, power upgrades, emergency back-up generator, and other related work.
