Was told to check back in 2 months.*** Question deadline is 02/03/2026 at 05:0 PM Location: Lafayette Road Experiment Station (LRES), 452 Lafayette Road, Syracuse, NY 13205 - Onondaga The work to be done under the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents, consists of performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of Project Number 201061, titled Greenhouse Renovation, and carry out all of the duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the Contract Documents. The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: Renovation of the Lafayette Road Experiment Station Greenhouse and attached Laboratory Building, including asbestos abatement, site work, new septic system, upgraded electrical service, underground fiber optic cable and data distribution, new ADA entrance and ramp, removal and replacement of Greenhouse glass and roof vent system, roof replacement, new exterior insulated panel system, interior renovations to laboratory building, new HVAC and plumbing systems, new ceilings and lighting, power upgrades, emergency back-up generator, and other related work. CR#: 2129812 Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) SDVOB Goal: 6.00% Minority / Women Business Enterprise contracting goals (MWBE) MBE Goal: 15.00% WBE Goal: 15.00% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise contracting goals (DBE) DBE Goal: 0.00% All work on this Contract is to be completed within 270 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
