No definite date for the rebid.** Carter County., Tennessee is now accepting bids for the items Carter County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, maintains the right to negotiate after bid, and waive any informalities. Carter County does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin or age pursuant to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Bid Requirements: No Oral, Phone, or Faxed Bids are allowed. Late Bids are not accepted. Bids should be signed by authorized representative. Include the title of authorized representative.
