Site work for a water / sewer project in Blowing Rock, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of approximately 8,620 linear feet of 6-inch through 12-inch water main, 5,200 linear feet of 8-inch and 12-inch gravity sewer, 120 linear feet of 8-inch sewer force main, pump/electrical control panel upgrades to the Highway 74 Liftstation, and all associated appurtenances required for successful project A certified check or cashiers check payable to Town of Spindale or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by a corporate surety licensed under the laws of North Carolina to execute such bonds in the amount equal to five percent of the total of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. A Performance and Payment Bond will be required for this project. The Town of Spindale reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any and all informalities, and to disregard all nonconforming or conditional bids, or counterbids and to accept the bid that will be in the best interest of the owner(s).
