The award of contract process will be a multi-stage process and will include (at minimum) Owner receipt of SOQS, issuance of RFPs, and Owner receipt of Proposals. No pre-SOQ conference will be held for this project. Project Description: This project will consist of: Rehabilitation of an existing 600,000-gallon water tank. The project includes replacing the structural steel in the ceiling, as well as blasting and recoating the interior and exterior of the existing water tank. Estimated Design Completion date: February 27, 2026 Estimated Construction Completion date is: June 30, 2026. The deadline to request clarifications and ask questions is September 18, 2025 by 5:00 p.m. SOQs will be evaluated based on demonstrated firm qualifications and experience in construction and design, technical approach and project understanding, cost-effectiveness and value, ability to meet time and budget requirements, and current and projected workloads.
