Renovation of an office development in Palestine, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 26,000-square-foot office development.
Scope Renovation of approx. 26,000 SF of existing medical floor office. Includes demolition, new drywall, doors, finishes and MEP upgrades. ** Arning will be evaluating proposals on monday afternoon September 8th. Alternates: #1 Natural Gas Generator #2 #3 Alternate No. 1: Generator 1. All work associated with the installation of the generator per specification 263113 to be part of Alternate No. 1. All gas piping, electrical conduit, wiring and transfer switch associated with the installation of a new generator shall be part of base bid. Alternate No. 2: 2nd floor scope 1. All work associated with demolition or renovation of the second level of the building as shown on the 2nd floor drawings of any discipline. Alternate No. 3: Single occupancy Restroom on Level 3 1. All work associated with creating a 3rd restroom as shown on plan A3 of Sheet A-102. Balance of scope is in the BASE BID.
