The submission of a proposal by the offeror in response to this Advertisement for Proposals constitutes an acknowledgement of and an agreement by the Offeror that it understands and will comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and the Illinois Preference Act (30 ILCS 570). The City will award a contract for the proposal that best meets the goals of the project and is most advantageous to the City of Galesburg; price and other factors considered. The right is reserved to accept any proposal or any part or parts thereof or to reject any and all proposals.
