This project has a Targeted Small Business participation goal of ten percent (10%) Renovation of an approximately existing building and site to include, but not limited to: removal and expansion of the perimeter and internal project fencing; updates to north drive and south entry drives including new PCC pavement; expansion of granular surface parking areas; utility service updates, new project site lighting as well as other minor access and sidewalk updates, minor reconfiguration of building spaces with new finishes, updates to mechanical, electrical, plumbing and technology throughout; update and expansion of the restroom and shower facilities; reconfiguration of layout for new entry, minor updates to exterior, and updates for new security requirements. Bids shall be submitted on the Bid Form and shall be accompanied by Bid Security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount.
