The Work covered under this project consists of the furnishing of all superintendence, overhead, labour, materials, tools, equipment, insurance, fuel, transportation and all things necessary for and incidental to the satisfactory performance and completion of Construction of Covered Picnic Shelters located at T.E Scott Park located at 7011 148 Street, Surrey, British Columbia, and Chimney Heights Park located at 14677 74 Avenue, Surrey, British Columbia (the "Place of Work") in strict accordance with the Specifications and accompanying Drawings and subject to all terms and conditions of the Contract. The general components of the Work include: Site preparation and removal of existing amenities: Sand volleyball court at T.E. Scott Park Shelter pad at Chimney Heights Park Prepping grade and sub-base Concrete services Civil and Electrical services as per electrical plan and roof plan for storm drainage Construction services including labour, supply and installation of all materials Tree barriers and site fencing will be provided by the City. Building Permits will be provided by the City. Picnic tables will be provided by the City.
