Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Christiansted, Virgin Islands. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

This MSA will consist of task orders prepared and issued by the Authority. Each Task order will include a single mobilization and bathymetric survey services for one or more bodies of water based on pricing submitted as a response to this Request for Proposal. The Contractor must be prepared to mobilize within thirty (30) days after receipt of Notice from the Authority and submit survey deliverables within (30) days of completing survey fieldwork. The services under this MSA will begin upon Board Approval and extend for three (3) years with two (2) options to renew for one (1) additional year each. The awarded Contractor agrees and understands that the MSA shall not be construed as an exclusive arrangement and further agrees that the Authority may, at any time, secure similar or identical services from another vendor at the Authority’s sole discretion.
