TIMELINE: Request for Proposals to engage a qualified Landscape Architect to provide expert consulting services for the redevelopment of VCC's Broadway Campus has concluded and a preferred proponent is chosen. The consultant will support a multi-phased 2.5-year planning and rezoning process, including preparation of a Policy Statement and subsequent rezoning submission. Key responsibilities include conducting opportunities and constraints analyses, developing a high-level public realm framework, refining detailed landscape strategies, preparing submission-ready materials for streetscapes, courtyards, rooftop amenities, open space typologies, and sustainability requirements, and supporting public and stakeholder engagement while coordinating closely with VCC and the multidisciplinary project team.
