Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Lorain, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Lorain County Board of Commissioners is inviting professional engineering, architectural, surveying and design-build firms to submit a statement of qualifications for providing design build services for a new water resource recovery facility. All contracted work must be performed and completed in accordance with the applicable Federal, State and local requirements. Services requested are to be performed for the Lorain County Board of Commissioners and it is anticipated to include, but not limited to, the following: 1. Site Selection and Due Diligence 2. Design, Engineering, Surveying 3. Pre-construction, construction and post construction services. Event Request for Qualifications - RFQ Description - Design-Build Inquiries should not, at this time, be forwarded to any other contact, or in any other manner. Lorain County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) responses without further action. The Owner estimated construction budget for the construction is approximately $150,000,000 to 250,000,000
