The District is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional services relating to On-Call Professional Service Contracts for Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) Engineering, Construction Management, and Constructability Review services.. On-Call Professional Service Contracts in the following disciplines: Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) Engineering, Construction Management, and Constructability Review Geotechnical Engineering Services Material Testing and Inspection Services Building Inspection Services (DSA-Certified Inspectors). All firms or individuals submitting proposals for professional services (including but not limited to architectural, civil engineering, electrical engineering, surveying, and related disciplines) must hold and maintain the appropriate, valid and current professional license(s) as required by the State of California for the scope of services proposed. Proposals that do not demonstrate compliance with applicable licensing requirements will be considered non-responsive. In order to provide all vendors to have a fair and equitable opportunity, vendors may not contact the District staff, or the Board of Education for any questions regarding this proposal. If a vendor contacts another District representative, the vendor may be deemed non-responsive. The District may request interviews from the top vendors. The deadline to request for clarifications regarding the RFP Requests for Clarification must be submitted through the online. Governing Board Meeting-Tentative Award of Contract :November 5, 2025. It is each bidder's sole responsibility to ensure its bid is timely delivered and received at the location designated as specified above. The District shall not be responsible for any delivery issues including, but not limited to, mis-directed mail, mailing delays, etc. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities in a proposal or the RFP process.
