CR#: 2139829 Contract Number: SUCF Project No. 241060-00 Contract Term: 720 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The work of this single bid project includes the full replacement of the roofing systems of Knapp, Wheeler, and Bouck Halls. Existing door and window thresholds, roof edges, brickwork, and other façade components require height modifications to work with the increase in roofing insulation. Ancillary work includes removing and replacing skylights, ladders, and roof hatches, and providing a new safety tie off system. HVAC equipment will need to be removed to allow for the roofing work and then reinstalled afterwards. There is no hazardous material abatement work necessary. EEO goals for this project: 6% minority workforce and 3% female workforce Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) SDVOB Goal: 3.00% Minority / Women Business Enterprise contracting goals (MWBE) MBE Goal: 10.00% WBE Goal: 5.00%
