Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Plano, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Property located 3,000 feet southwest of FM 455 and County Road 57intersection, adjacent to and west of Phase One. Scope of Work of the Contract includes: Utilities for a 277 Residential lot and 9 common area Subdivision. Work to include: WS&D: 13,394 Feet of 8" PVC Waterline 4,396 Feet of 12" PVC Waterline 13,843 Feet of 8" SDR 35 Sewer Pipe 1,605 Feet of 12" SDR 26 Sewer Pipe 9,786 Feet of Storm Pipe Various Sizes from 18" to 48" 418 Feet of RCB Various Sizes from 6' x 4' to 7' x 4'. Any proposals received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The project includes excavation in accordance with the plans and specifications for The Ranch at Uptown Phase Three. The Owner, TMTB Uptown, LLC a Delaware limited liability company on behalf of Uptown Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Collin County, will be the Payorforthe contractfor Uptown Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Collin County. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount Bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided, and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgement will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
