The City of Cincinnati is soliciting sealed bids/proposals from qualified firms to furnish the goods and/or services identified in the specifications document. The Contractor awarded the contract shall be a registrant under Vendor Self Service (VSS) at time of award. This specification covers the surface preparation, and the painting of various traffic control and roadway lighting equipment located within the City of Cincinnati. Locations for painting shall be provided to the contractor by the DOTE Traffic Services with work performed and paid for on a per item basis. 2. SCOPE The work to be performed on an as-needed basis under this specification consists of surface preparation, application of prime coats, and final painting of various traffic control and roadway lighting equipment. No Pre-Bid Conference Available The City reserves the right to waive informalities not inconsistent with law or to reject any or all bids/proposals. Small Business Enterprises, including those registered with the City of Cincinnati Office of Contract Compliance Small Business Enterprise Program, are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
