Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The City requires a qualified General Contractor to provide renovation and construction services for the electrical upgrades at the City Hall. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Connecting new 600V main service electrical feeders from a new SaskPower service on the west side of City Hall. Selective demolition on the various floors of the building, including the basement, crawlspace, main and the 16th floor New installations of various piping, ducting, electrical, plumbing among other items on the various floors of the building, including the basement, crawlspace, main and the 16th floor.
