Based on the closing date of the project, we will require a relatively short turnaround for bids, so we are reaching out to allow you to reserve space in your bid calendar and also confirm your interest in the project. A PRELIMINARY set of PLANS has been provided FOR REVIEW ONLY so that you may begin to familiarize yourself with the project and do some initial takeoff analysis, however all bids should be based on the forthcoming Bid Package.
