Renovation of a stadium in Iowa City, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
a. Project Location Work shall be performed under this Contract on the campus of The University of Iowa at Iowa Baseball Stadium and Duane Banks Field, 960 Evashevski Drive, Iowa City, Iowa 52246. b. The Constructor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment necessary for, and incidental to, construction of this project as indicated on Drawings dated September 5, 2025. c. Work shall include everything requisite and necessary to finish work properly, notwithstanding that not every item of labor or materials or accessories required to make project complete may be specifically mentioned. d. General Description of Work: 1) This project includes the demolition of the existing press box and the center seating bowl, vomitory to vomitory; a new seating bowl system will be placed in the demolished area. A new press box, ball containment netting; two (2) ADA compliant single use restrooms, elevator, renovated main concourse behind home plate, fire suppression system including connection to the clubhouse and new construction; and one (1) ADA compliant ramp connected to the existing cross-aisle near first base. Question Deadline 09/25/2025 Each Bidder shall examine the Contract Documents carefully and, not later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the date set for receipt of bids.
