Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wildomar, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The proposed project will add Class II bike lanes, crosswalks, and roundabouts along a 0.19-mile segment of Sedco Boulevard between Mission Trail and Lakeview Terrace. The project site is located in the Sedco Hills neighborhood of the City. The Sedco Boulevard Roadway Safety Improvements project is intended to increase the usage of alternative travel modes. The project is planned to include landscaping in the medians and centers of roundabouts. The project seeks to increase mobility and expand connectivity by serving as a vital link in the City of Wildomar's proposed Active Transportation network. Included in the project is the design and construction of the RCFC Sedco MDP Line C storm drain, which is located in Sedco Blvd. As of Sept 6, 2025, this project is included in the City's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
