Reference Number 0000397742 The City of Southgate, Michigan is looking for proposals to furnish and install landscaping in front of City Hall per the attached plant list and plan. The proposal is to include all installation and maintenance for a period of two years on plant materials. The City is seeking proposals in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified landscaping contractors. Refer questions to: Raymond Parker, Hennessey Engineers, Inc.
