The work consists of removing and disposing of the existing heating system and air conditioning units, and furnishing and installing new furnaces and AC units in the Ashland Office, Building #2007, as well as furnishing and installing an AC unit in a residence, Building #1033. Mobilization includes preparatory work and operations necessary for moving personnel, equipment, supplies, and incidentals to the project site. In Building #2007, the contractor shall remove two existing furnaces and replace them with Energy Star-rated, minimum 95% efficiency Goodman electric furnaces, and remove two existing AC units and replace them with Energy Star-rated, minimum 4-ton Goodman AC units, including all accessories and a new programmable thermostat. In Building #1033, the contractor shall remove the existing AC unit and replace it with an Energy Star-rated, minimum 4-ton Goodman AC unit and all accessories for a complete installation. The contractor is encouraged to visit the site to assess conditions, although no official site visit will be conducted. Work shall commence no earlier than October 15, 2025, and must be completed by November 15, 2025. Between $25,000 and $100,000 The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 30 calendar days.
