Approximately 7,200 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron pipe, as well as small amounts of 8-inch and 6-inch ductile iron pipe. Approximately 2,800 linear feet of 16-inch HDPE pipe installed via horizontal directional drilling two lines under Lake Mackintosh. These two lines are separated as Base Bid HDD-1 and Alternate #1 HDD-2. Relocation of existing water main interconnect between City of Greensboro and City of Burlington. Traffic control per approved NC DOT encroachment permit. This project is funded with ARPA funds administered by the NC Department of Commerce.
