The mandate is to provide the Centre de services scolaires des Trois-Lacs with an independent labour service for certain construction projects. All work will be carried out upon request, on an hourly basis and supervised by the managers of the Physical Resources Service Branch. Requests for execution will be assigned to the contractor who submitted the lowest price. The contractor shall in particular: Provide sufficient and qualified manpower; Provide their personal protective equipment in accordance with current regulatory requirements; Provide appropriate tools and equipment for work requested by the School Services Centre, when required Provide an estimate of the costs of work for each requested construction work; Provide materials as required by the School Services Centre to complete construction work in which the contractor is involved; Provide services for all the buildings of the School Service Centre.
