BACKGROUND The County covers an area of over 400 square miles and maintains over 2000 miles of water pipe. This aging infrastructure requires constant maintenance and repair as issues are realized in the field. The number of issues exceeds the capacity of the County's workforce. The County is seeking a qualified contractor to perform maintenance and repair through an annual requirements contract. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to repair water piping and appurtenances as assigned. Contractor shall coordinate with the County prior to starting work. County will provide materials as agreed during coordination. Contractor shall be on call 24 hours each day for emergency work. Contractor shall provide 24-hour contact information.
