The purpose of this project is to provide a functional, durable structure that meets the needs of the school while adhering to all specifications outlined below. The project consists of the construction of a 50' x 60' x 10' post-steel building with the following requirements: Concrete Slab: 4-inch, 4000 psi concrete slab with reinforcing wire. Building Envelope: Gutters with downspouts. 3 inches of insulation in both roof and walls. Doors: One (1) 6/0 X 6/8 double door. One (1) 3/0 x 6/8 walk door. Site Work: All site preparation and stone base to be included. Plumbing & Electrical: Under-slab plumbing. Provisions for electrical (as needed). III. SCOPE OF SERVICE The selected vendor will be responsible for: Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project. Compliance with all applicable building codes, permitting requirements, and safety regulations Coordination with WCPS representatives throughout the project. Providing a proposed project schedule with anticipated start and completion dates. IV. PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS All proposals should include the following information: 1.
