Major elements of this project include: Working closely with stakeholders including the GFD board, Walla Walla County Public Works, and WWCCD to create a construction-ready design to pipe an 11-mile open irrigation canal. The final package will also include a basis of design that identifies options for phasing, a current day cost estimate, and needed criteria for required permits. Proposals must include the following components and will be ranked accordingly: Qualifications of Key Personnel, Relevant Project Experience, Experience working with County, State & Federal agencies, and Previous Performance.
