The Project includes the following Work: Paving a 24-foot-wide entrance road that is approximately 2,235 feet long and provides secondary access from Agnew Road to the school parking lot. This includes subgrade preparation, crushed rock shouldering, installation of site drainage piping, and a single reinforced concrete drainage culvert. Minor earthwork and finish grading will be necessary prior to seeding and mulching. Some existing parking lot panels are planned for removal and replacement. Bids are requested for the following Contract: The Owner reserves the right to award a single contract to the contractor whose bid-comprising Base Bid A and any selected Add Alternate Items is determined to best serve the Owner's interests. Evaluation will consider overall value, schedule, qualifications, and alignment with project goals. The Owner may select any combination of bid items and contractor(s) that provide the most advantageous outcome. The Project has an expected duration of 70 days.
