The contractor shall replace 500 square feet of flooring on the first floor and 1,500 square feet on the second floor of the main station building at USCG Station San Francisco with new commercial-grade, hard-wearing, waterproof luxury vinyl planks (LVP). The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the installation. Tasks include mobilization, removal of existing flooring, substrate preparation, installation of LVP flooring, trim and finish work, disposal of waste materials, and demobilization. The flooring color will be selected by the technical point of contact. Work must be performed between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, unless otherwise authorized. The contractor must maintain cleanliness throughout the project and restore all areas to their original condition upon completion. All waste must be disposed of in accordance with industry standards and environmental regulations. The government will provide electricity, parking, and laydown area, but bathroom facilities will not be available for contractor personnel. As required by FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
