Bids are invited upon the several items and quantities of work as follows: PROJECT INCLUDES: Repair, topcoat, striping of court surface. Along with hoop alterations, addition of new adjustable hoop installation, and the addition of a retractable pickleball net. Bidders must submit with his or her bid Certification of Bidder Regarding Equal Employment Opportunity and the Non-collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidder. A Bid Bond is required for this project. Each bidder, including subcontractors and lower-tier subcontractors, must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, sex or national origin. Bids may be held by the City for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualification of Bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. The City of Toulon is an equal opportunity employer. Contractor will be responsible for the upgrades, including complete repair, surface coat, and striping of court surface. Along with hoop alterations as necessary to achieve standard hoop height, addition of new adjustable hoop installation, and the addition of a retractable pickleball net.
