Inspection shall identify and document existing site conditions, specifically the location of all utilities (i.e., electric, water, sewer, gas etc.) or shared systems (Example: HVAC, Fire Suppression, Network) to identify any conditions that may be affected by work. o All materials, supplies, and equipment (MSE) must be new. The Contractor shall not re-use any existing MSE, unless directed to by the SOW. o Provide supervision to ensure United States Coast Guard Standards are met for Quality and Safety. o Maintain a clean working area. o Protect adjacent areas during roofing eave / soffit repairs/replacement. o Provide signage to clearly indicate the area is under construction. o Remove and disposal of all damaged roofing eaves / soffit.
