Reference Number 0000397891 Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % The scope of work involved for this project is as follows: Removal of existing roof and gutters o Install new shingle roof o Install new gutters and downspouts w/ extensions o Replace damaged roof sheathing o Replace damaged wood 1x trim o Paint all wood trim Each bid proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft or satisfactory bid bond in an amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Checks shall be made payable to "Shelby Township". Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of bids.
