The successful Bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, prior to signing a contract. The bid proposal must be submitted in writing. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 45 days from the date bids are opened. *The right to accept any bid, or to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all informalities is hereby reserved by the City of St. Clair.
