Renovation of a residential development in Moline, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

Roofing :- TEAR OFF AND REROOF SHINGLES 19 00 SQ Contractor to obtain and pay for permits, schedule all required inspections, and ensure final inspections pass. There are two repair area on roof of residence, both on side D. One is in the center above Kitchen and the second in around an abandoned chimney flue to the rear of house (It may be more cost effective to remove abandoned flue anywhere it protrudes through and above the roof). Remove roof to deck. Repair sheeting where necessary where leaks are identified. If sheathing is not a stable substrate include in bid. If substrate is identified after tearoff, apply for a change order to correct. Sheathing must be installed and fastened to the structure in accordance with 2021 IRC Code. Install 15 lb felt,ice and damn shield underlayment where required, self self-sealing, 25 Year laminated architectural shingle. Replace all flashing,including valleys and roof edge. Flash and counter flash chimneys. Kick out flashing where flashing terminates at side walls. Color choice by owner. Venting as required by ICC code. Install shingle-over ridge vent. Clean and dispose of all exterior debris generated by the tear off and replacement of the roof. All work is to be completed to current International Residential! Building Code.
