The project limits on Highway No. 16 include the northbound lane from approximately 0.15 km south from the eastern end of the bridge guardrail over Highway No. 11 to approximately 0.50 km north of its junction with 71st Street and on Highway No. 16 in the southbound lanes from approximately 0.50 km north of its junction with 71st Street to the gore of Highway No. 16 and Highway No. 11 for a combined project length of approximately 7.64 km. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals from pre-qualified engineering consultants has closed and a preferred proponent has been chosen. Final tender documents are expected late 2026. Further update once the project is approved to bid for construction. *Budget is unreleased.
