Reference Number WS5338462714-Doc5338471321 Temiskaming Quebec Dam Replacement Project This Request for Information ("RFI") is for the purpose of engaging with and eliciting feedback from interested parties on the procurement and delivery process being contemplated by Public Services and Procurement Canada ("PSPC") in respect to the Temiskaming Quebec Dam Replacement Project ("Project"). PSPC intents on delivering the Project using a Design-Build Delivery Model ("DB") and may use the feedback to refine the project plan and procurement strategy. Delivery Model: Design-Build (DB) Procurement Options: Fixed Price Design-Build Target Price Design-Build with Gainshare/Painshare incentives Construction Timeline: Early 2027 to Late 2029 (3 construction seasons) Structure: 75-metre-long dam with 10 mechanical sluice gates and a two-lane roadway RFI Documents can be obtained from service.ariba.com.
