The Bonnie Brae Water Main Relocation and Replacement Project - Phase I generally involves the relocation of water lines from rear yard easements to public street rights-of-way (ROW) within an area bounded by Mission Hills Avenue on the south, Ridgedale Road on the west, Druid Hills Road on the north, and Inverness Avenue on the east. Phase I of this project includes the installation of approximately 3,500 linear feet of 6-inch C900 PVC water main within the ROW's of Glen Ridge Avenue, Park Ridge Avenue, Forest Park Avenue, and Deer Park Avenue. Approximately 5,900 linear feet of old water mains within the ROW, side and rear yard easements are expected to be grout filled and abandoned.
