The Purpose and Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a firm fixed price, from qualified sources, for a Contractor to provide all services, labor and materials necessary for removal of existing, installation of new turf field, and maintenance of the field in compliance with applicable codes and safety standards. Facility type uses are sporting events such as football, soccer, and field hockey.
