Project Description: The Legislative Assembly of British Columbia ("Legislative Assembly") is seeking a qualified professional consultant ("Consultant") to perform a current condition assessment of surface and subsurface drainage, foundation waterproofing and damp proofing ("Systems") serving the Parliament Buildings as well as the Bunker Building, and to some extent the Armouries Building on the Legislative Precinct (collectively, the "Buildings"), and may require a current condition assessment of the Systems serving other areas of the Precinct such as Confederation Garden Park located west of the Parliament Buildings across Menzies Street. If proceeding with construction, the Legislative Assembly may request that the awarded Consultant provide related follow-on consulting services and act as the Prime Consultant.
