The goods and/or services are on-call if and when needed throughout the duration of the contract term. The quantities bid are estimates and the County reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities, using unit prices, by up to a maximum of 100%. Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:30-11.1 et seq., orders placed within the minimum and maximum number of units shall not be considered a change order. The County may terminate the contract whenever the amount incurred under the contract exceeds the maximum number of units.
