Renovation of a military facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Contractor shall provide commercial services for the repair of bunker doors located at Buildings 3383, 3385, and 3386 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The acquisition is set aside 100% for small businesses under NAICS code 238290, with a small business size standard of $22 million. The period of performance is from October 1 to October 31, 2025 (negotiable). Evaluation of offers will be based solely on the lowest price of items found to be technically acceptable. Offerors must be registered in SAM prior to award and must include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 with their quote. A site visit is scheduled for September 17, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. CST, with attendee information due by 4:00 p.m. CST on September 16, 2025. RFIs must be submitted by September 19, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. CST, and quotes are due by September 25, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. CST. Funds are not currently available for this effort, and no award will be made until funding is secured. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation at any time without obligation to reimburse offerors.
