Sitework including clearing and grubbing, fill, final grading, new sidewalks, existing parking modified parking striping, etc. Concrete foundation. Insulating concrete formwork for exterior walls. Steel framing. Plaster work for exterior walls over insulating concrete formwork. TPO roofing. Plumbing systems, HVAC systems and Electrical power and lighting. All work to be per the construction documents provided as complementary reference to the project manual. The Project consists of constructing a 5,000 square foot emergency shelter at the Carver Community Center site. Bids shall be on a lump sum and/or unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
