Bowling Green Municipal Utilities (BGMU) is currently accepting bids for the supply of valves and actuators to be used in conjunction with the existing turbo blower system located at the Water Recovery Facility. The procurement includes the purchase of four (4) new 18-inch butterfly valves with electric actuators and two (2) additional retrofit actuators for existing 18-inch butterfly valves (Keystone Fig AR1). Bid prices shall include all freight and delivery costs to BGMU. Any bid received at the designated location after the required time and date specified for receipt shall be considered late and non-responsive and will not be evaluated for award. Faxed or emailed responses will not be evaluated for award. All bidders are welcome to attend. Please mark bid envelope "BID-RFB# 2025-36 - SBR Blower Cross Connection - Piping and Accessory Purchase --" prior to the date and time listed above. To ensure against premature opening. The envelope should bear on the outside the name of the bidder and their address.
