UNL Union Food Court Vender Remodel & Expansion Project consists of remodeling (3) existing food vendor spaces and the creation of (2) additional food vendor spaces. This also includes new equipment and reconfiguration of back-of-house areas to accommodate the operational needs of the vendors. The following construction work will be performed by Owner's personnel: Fire alarm, card access and door controls, HVAC controls, door keying and door signage. Electrical contractor may be required to provide rough-in where applicable based on the sealed plan set. C. Project Management including submittals, contract change management and other documents will be handled via the Owner's Project Management system (Procore). The Owner's Project Management System will be used for purposes of managing communication and documents during the design and construction phases.
